Before there was a trucking company, before there were logos or office buildings or fleets of trucks—there was family. And hard work. And faith.
The story of Jusczak Trucking starts with Frank Jusczak, but it doesn’t begin there. It begins in the fields of Jusczak Farms, where Frank was raised alongside his siblings in a tight-knit, hard-working farming family. Life on the farm taught them discipline, perseverance, and the kind of grit that doesn’t go out of style.
The Brothers Who Started It All
Frank and several of his brothers took that work ethic to the road and founded Jusczak Bros Trucking—a collaborative family effort that helped shape the early days of their careers. Over time, the brothers would go on to start their own separate ventures, each contributing in their own way to the region’s trucking and logistics scene.
In 1974, Frank branched off and founded Frank Jusczak Trucking—a business built not just on horsepower, but on heart. While Frank handled the driving and operations, his wife Barb Jusczak was the voice on the other end of the phone—dispatching loads, managing schedules, and holding everything together behind the scenes. Together, they were the perfect team.
More Than a Business—A Life Well Lived
Frank wasn’t just a founder—he was a pillar. A man of faith, humility, and unwavering character, he made an impact on everyone he met. Customers, friends, drivers, family—everyone loved Frank. He had that rare ability to make people feel seen, respected, and cared for. He led by example, with honesty and quiet strength.
When he passed away in 2011, it wasn’t just a loss for the business—it was a profound moment for the entire community.
But his spirit never left.
A New Chapter: Growth Through Generations
After Frank’s passing, his son Denny Jusczak took the wheel, continuing the family mission with the same values his father lived by. Long before that, Denny had already founded NSC Auto Truck and Equipment, our in-house service and repair operation that has now been keeping our fleet strong for over 20 years.
And in 2023, the third generation joined the leadership: Joey Pearce, Frank’s grandson, stepped in as Vice President, helping guide the company into a new era of growth, innovation, and purpose.
Today, the business has evolved into Jusczak Companies, with several growing subsidiaries:
- Jusczak Trucking – Freight and logistics, where it all began
- Jusczak Logistics – Delivering smarter, streamlined shipping solutions
- Jusczak Leasing – Equipment and fleet leasing built for reliability
- Jusczak Properties – Managing facilities and infrastructure
- NSC Auto Truck and Equipment – Keeping trucks on the road and running strong

We are proudly a Christian family business, and our values are more than just words—they’re the engine behind everything we do. The work ethic, kindness, and spiritual foundation passed down from Frank continue to fuel our journey.
